General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the brtbdt platform and its users ("Members"). Visiting the brtbdt.cam website, opening an account, or using any gaming service means you agree to these Terms.

• Members must register entirely of their own free will.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

• Accounts are for personal use only — use on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Account passwords and login details must not be shared with anyone.

2.1 Registration Process

If any information provided during registration changes at a later time, the member must notify brtbdt immediately. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same phone number, or the same payment account (for example: the same bKash or Nagad number) is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this policy, all associated accounts will be closed.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

brtbdt places the highest importance on protecting minors from gaming. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

At any time, brtbdt authority may request the following documents to confirm a member's identity:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended. All submitted documents are stored securely and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

3.2 Protection of Minors

The account holder is fully responsible for ensuring that no minor uses their account. If any gaming activity is conducted by a minor, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

brtbdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers that are available subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus (total ৳2,200); depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus (total ৳28,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means withdrawal from the bonus is only possible after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The same member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to any other account.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• brtbdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• VIP cashback program terms apply separately.

5.4 VIP Program

The brtbdt VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Advancement to the next tier depends on the member's gaming activity.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the brtbdt platform are operated according to set rules. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of the relevant game before playing.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

brtbdt is committed to fair play. All games are conducted impartially and transparently. Any attempt to manipulate game software or game results will lead to strict action.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game, brtbdt reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and return the member's bet. Any incorrect payout resulting from a technical issue will be corrected afterwards.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Specific terms of game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft may apply. These terms are effective in addition to brtbdt's terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the brtbdt platform and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Using multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized software on game software.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Gaming for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.

In the event of involvement in any of the above activities, brtbdt reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings and to take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by brtbdt

In the following circumstances, brtbdt may temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing fraudulent information.
• Suspicious or unusual gaming or transaction activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Discourteous behaviour towards staff.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. Please withdraw any available balance before closing the account. After account closure, re-registration within a specified period may not be possible under the self-exclusion policy.

8.3 Available Balance

If an account is closed by brtbdt, and no prohibited activity is involved, any available balance will be returned subject to identity verification. Bonus balance and winnings that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, brtbdt bears no responsibility for the following:

• Interruption to gaming activity due to loss of internet connection.
• Temporary service outage due to technical failure.
• Loss resulting from third-party hacking or cyberattacks.
• Account information leaks caused by the member's own negligence.
• Financial loss arising from gaming — this is entirely the member's own responsibility.
